This involved using precise keywords on Instagram and YouTube to analyze trending content formats in the given segment i.e. mindless snacking, ensuring my approach was both data-driven and relevant. For the second phase of development, I performed a deep dive into Habuild's previous "21-Day Yoga Challenge," deconstructing its campaign, and community-building strategy. This analysis was further enriched by researching the customer relationship management (CRM) frameworks of other leading fitness platforms, allowing me to take the relevant portions from the best practices for personalized communication, and retention strategies to create an operational list for the whole week.
