The objective of this project was to create an educational blog post titled “Incident vs. Bug: Understanding the Key Differences” to help DevOps engineers and SREs differentiate between incidents and bugs, supported with examples, FAQs, and visual assets.

The project required approximately 6–8 hours, including research, SERP analysis, drafting, editing, and thumbnail design.

Google Search & SERP analysis for content research

Google Docs for drafting and formatting the blog post

AI writing assistant for structuring and refining content

AI-based design tools for creating the blog thumbnail (PNG/JPG, 1500x1000px)

Conclusion
The final deliverable included a detailed blog post with clear sections, FAQs, and meta details, along with two professional thumbnail design options. The project achieves the goal of educating the target audience in a professional yet approachable manner, while also being visually engaging.
