Task 1: Short video script on the topic "Mindful Snacking, more weight loss." The objective was to craft a compelling script that effortlessly conveys the core message—mindful eating is the key to weightloss. The script has a hint of humour, dialogues are written in Hinglish (Hindi+English) for relatability, engagement and reaching broader audience. 

Task 2: Creating Nudges (similar to push notifications) for an online yoga app.

The objectives were to craft nudges that sounds creative, motivating, humorous, and at the same time clearly reflects the message/purpose.

I've created the assignment on Google Docs. While the story of the video (task 1) and all the 7 nudges are original to me, yet, I've taken help from chatgpt to polish the contents.
