Revenue Enhancement Strategy for Paytm using exising users & distribution.

When I was presented with the challenge of increasing revenue using the existing user base and distribution, I was thrilled because I knew that almost every idea that I could think of had already been implemented in the product. However, I decided to take a different approach and looked at the problem from a consumer's perspective. By reflecting on my own experience with online payments and considering how I would like my payments to be, I was able to generate some of the most innovative ideas that can have a significant impact on revenue. I am confident that my contributions to this project, which include consumer research, prioritization, creating user personas, and providing success metrics for the proposed solutions, will help drive the desired outcomes.
