Research about competitors.
Interview the doctor for details about what type of content is required.
Write content and design in Canva.
Posts were also shared on WhatsApp status to further amplify the reach which resulted in more enquiries leading to more footfalls in the clinic.

Impact:

Increased patient footfalls to the clinic.
Number of enquiries increased.
