Worked on Riten's LinkedIn Personal Branding

Objective 

I am working at Fueler, as Founder's Office - Marketing and Growth, and one of the things I am working on is Riten's Branding on LinkedIn. Riten is the Founder of Fueler.

When I joined on 15th May 2025, this was one of the first things I picked up.

Content Pillers

Wrote and managed LinkedIn posts across 7 content pillars:

  • Learnings - Sharing insights and lessons that resonated with the target audience
  • Career - Posts around career advice, transitions, and growth
  • Proof of Work - Highlighting real work done by community members to build credibility
  • Best Projects of the Week — Curating and featuring the top community projects every week to appreciate community members.
  • Hired Posts - Spotlighting people who got hired, creating social proof and aspiration
  • Resources as Lead Magnets — Sharing valuable resources to drive saves, shares, and follower growth

Tools Used

  • Google Docs / Sheets for tracking content ideas, writing posts and tracking the posts’ performance.
  • Claude for making the post polished.

For this project, I used AI as a research and writing assistant throughout the process. I primarily used ChatGPT and Claude to brainstorm content ideas around careers, hiring, proof of work, portfolios, freelancing, and creator growth. For writing, I worked with Claude to draft and refine LinkedIn posts. I'd usually start with a rough idea, key points, or a story, and then use AI to improve the structure and flow. The final posts were always edited manually to make sure they sounded authentic and aligned with Riten's voice Apart from AI, I also spent time studying top LinkedIn creators to understand what kind of content was performing well.
