This project is a short-form sports commentary video edited for a client, Dane, a sports analyst discussing the topic of “nepo babies” in professional basketball. The video explores how certain players enter the sport with strong family legacies and examines whether their success is truly earned through performance or influenced by their background.
The objective of the project was to transform a discussion-based segment into an engaging short-form video optimized for social media platforms. The editing approach focused on clear storytelling, smooth pacing, and visual elements that maintain audience attention while highlighting the analyst’s key arguments.
The final video presents a clean and engaging sports discussion designed for modern social media audiences and demonstrates strong storytelling, editing precision, and short-form content optimization.
