MA in Labour Studies and Social Protection is a strategic master's degree revolving around the core components of work and employment, a few subjects included were: labour laws in India, labour economics, organisational behaviour, international labour standards and decent work, social research etc. I've had an amazing experience while pursuing the degree, developed indepth knowledge about labour laws in India, labour welfare and decent work. My HR internship at Godrej, Mumbai (part of my MA degree) further enhanced my knowledge on employee engagement, diversity and inclusion at workplace, and HR data analysis using MS Excel.
