Operations + Execution: Designed 20+ pitch/event decks, onboarded 20+ industry leaders, and built a 200+ member database across 10+ events. Solved bandwidth issues by launching a campus tour volunteer program.
People + Process: Led hiring for key roles — shortlisted 50+ profiles via LinkedIn/university networks. At Wells Fargo, audited 8+ critical processes, flagged compliance gaps, and delivered CXO-level reporting.
