Position KaptureCX as the preferred enterprise CX platform by demonstrating the benefits of buying a battle-tested SaaS solution versus building an in-house CX stack. Highlight time-to-value, AI capabilities, cost efficiency, scalability, and proven outcomes across industries.

Tools & Technologies Used:
PowerPoint / Google Slides, Excel (for comparative analysis), market research, client case studies, analytics dashboards, competitor benchmarking.

What I Did:

Conducted competitive analysis comparing in-house CX builds vs KaptureCX across key categories: deployment speed, product maturity, AI capabilities, cost of ownership, security, and support.

Synthesized enterprise outcomes from clients like Tata 1mg, Netmeds, WOW Skin Science, and Stanley Black & Decker to showcase real-world performance improvements.

Developed a clear, visual “Build vs Buy” framework highlighting risk reduction, operational efficiency, and AI-driven performance.

Crafted messaging and CTAs to drive enterprise adoption, emphasizing rapid deployment and POC-led engagement.

Challenges and Learning:
