As the founder, my goal is to help authors transform their manusripts into books, maintaining high editorial quality, design standards, and distribution. 

This involves coordinating multiple stages of publishing, including manuscript development, editing, design, formatting, printing, distribution, and promotion.

Step-by-Step Publishing Process

1. Author Consultation & Project Planning

The process begins with consultation calls with the author to understand:

- Book concept and target audience

- Publishing goals (print, ebook, audiobook)

- Timeline and production plan

- A structured publishing roadmap is created to guide the project.

2. Manuscript Development & Editing

Once the manuscript is ready, it undergoes multiple rounds of editing to improve clarity, readability, and structure.

Editing includes:

- Structural editing

- Line editing

- Grammar and language refinement

- Readability improvement

3. Book Formatting & Layout

After editing, the manuscript is formatted for professional publishing.

This includes:

- Interior layout design

- Typography selection

- Chapter formatting

- Print-ready page setup

- E-book formatting

4. Cover Design Development

Book covers are designed in collaboration with freelance designers.

The process includes:

- Concept development

- Design drafts and revisions

- Finalizing typography and visual direction

- Preparing print-ready and digital cover files

5. Print Production

Once the book is finalized, print-ready files are created and shared with printing partners.

Key tasks include:

- Preparing high-resolution print files

- Coordinating with printers

- Reviewing print proofs

- Ensuring production quality

6. Publishing & Distribution

Books are then published across multiple platforms.

Distribution channels include:

- Print distribution through Amazon and KARNI Publishing

- E-book publishing through Amazon KDP and D2D

7. Promotion & Marketing

After publishing, promotional activities are carried out to increase visibility.

This includes:

- Social media promotion

- Video marketing

- Live sessions and author discussions

- Community engagement
