The Silent Scream
A video I submitted for an online competition held by IIT BHU team.
The topic was profound:
The Silent Scream: Anxiety lies beneath a calm surface.
I spoke to a few of my friends and asked them what visual they had in their head when they heard this theme.
The contrasting visuals and sounds of water intrigued me a lot. And hence, the entire sound design was led by the sounds of water.
Why did I choose this concept?
Because it was real.
It was the one time when I had an anxiety attack.
I was home and I get a call from a friend saying my love interest was getting married and that triggered a chain of events that went on for the next 20 min, but felt like hours and hours.
This video depicts just that.
