In this project, I analyzed two brands: Lenskart and Zoom. I identified the relevant social media channels used by each brand to reach their target audience.
I researched two major competitors for each brand using the SWOT analysis framework. The analysis focused on understanding competitors’ strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. I created ideal customer personas for both brands based on audience behavior and needs.
The study was supported by data-driven research using : SparkToro and Google Sheets.
This project demonstrates practical application of market research, competitor benchmarking, and audience profiling.
