Objective
This was a hiring assignment by 'KraftedX'. There were two tasks. Task 1 was to write a short-form video script on Mindful Eating - “Snacking Less & Weight Loss,” and task 2 was 7 daily nudges for Habuild’s upcoming 21-Day Free Yoga Challenge (January).
How I approached the script
- My goal was to write the hook through a catchy and interesting story.
- I studied mindful eating and mindless snacking. And then what research and doctors say about it.
- As this script presents nutritional information, I kept the language very simple and understandable.
- I follow trending Instagram and YouTube reel trends to match the script that will engage the target audience.
How I approached the nudges
- I dissected the brand Habuild and understood the 4Cs and 4Ps.
- I also did a SWOT Analysis.
- I researched nudge marketing and push notifications.
- After understanding the target audience base, I kept the language easy to understand.
Tools used and time taken
- Perplexity, ChatGPT, Google, Instagram & YouTube for research
- Google Docs, Notion, Canva
- It took me around 2-4 days to come up with these tasks
