Founder House was a 7-day residency held during India Blockchain Week and ETHIndia, bringing selected founders together with leading investors and ecosystem leaders.

I helped run the program end-to-end: applications, founder selection, communications, speakers, sponsors, scheduling, live sessions, social coverage, team coordination, and on-ground problem-solving.

What I managed:

• Filtered 200+ applications down to 15 founders
• Served as the sole POC for founders, speakers, sponsors, and partners
• Coordinated sessions with leaders from Aptos, Polygon, Base, Monad, Starkware, Eclipse, and more
• Personally converted Sandeep Nailwal’s virtual session into a 2+ hour in-person appearance
• Managed the full 7-day schedule, live moderation, session logistics, and founder introductions
• Ran Founder House’s X presence and real-time event coverage
• Tracked introductions and follow-ups so high-value connections continued after the event

Impact:

• Delivered the complete residency without an existing playbook
• Created direct access between 15 founders and some of the most influential people in crypto
• Maintained smooth execution across multiple stakeholders throughout the week
