Designed a full customer acquisition-to-adoption system for Morphic

For Morphic’s Customer Operations assignment, I approached the role across the complete customer journey: prospecting, solution selling, onboarding, adoption, retention, and product feedback.

The work included:

  • Researched a relevant U.S. creative agency and wrote a highly personalized outbound pitch around its actual campaign workflow
  • Recommended specific Morphic workflows based on the agency’s problems, instead of sending a generic product pitch
  • Designed a proof-of-work follow-up approach using Morphic-generated campaign samples
  • Built a diagnostic framework for identifying why a 100,000-credit customer was underusing the product
  • Created a 30-day adoption plan covering usage analysis, live training, internal champions, role-specific onboarding, and success metrics
  • Designed a mood-matched product visual workflow from inputs to final channel-specific variations
  • Audited Morphic’s website, pricing, onboarding, credits, and product experience
  • Suggested growth initiatives across UGC, employee-led content, creator programs, educational partnerships, and permissionless brand campaigns

Approach:

The central idea was to avoid treating Customer Ops as reactive support.

I focused on understanding the customer’s actual production workflow, matching the product to a specific use case, helping the team get its first meaningful output, and then building systems that make adoption repeatable.
