Problem Framing & Prioritisation - Uber

The objective is to reduce cancellations by delving into the challenges faced by Uber drivers. To achieve this, I have utilized various research methods, including constructing a concise questionnaire, conducting interviews with Uber drivers and Uber users, and conducting thorough online secondary research.
By analyzing the notes from these interviews, identified key problem statements that will serve as the foundation for devising five effective strategies to reduce cancellations.

These strategies encompassed a diverse set of solutions, comprising three high-impact, low-effort and two high-effort, high-impact ideas. Each proposed solution has been carefully justified with insights gleaned from user research or aligned with our product strategy.

Finally, I've prioritized these ideas using the RICE framework, ensuring that the most impactful strategies are implemented to address cancellation issues effectively.
