While conducting a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on the drop in the App Store rating in India from 4.5 to 3.9 stars over three months, several potential underlying factors have been identified. These factors warrant closer examination to pinpoint the root cause(s) of this decline. By analyzing user reviews, market trends, and technical performance, I aim to uncover the primary reasons behind this rating decrease and formulate effective strategies to address them.
