Objective:

The objective of this project was to write a long-form, high-quality article explaining how freshers can get hired without prior experience by showcasing proof of work instead of relying only on resumes. The article is aligned with Fueler’s skills-first hiring philosophy and is written for students and early-career professionals in India.

What I did:

I researched Fueler’s existing blog structure and tone, analyzed how proof-of-work portfolios are replacing traditional resumes, and created an original 1000-word article. The content explains real hiring problems faced by freshers, how portfolios solve them, and why platforms like Fueler are becoming essential for modern hiring.

- ChatGPT (for outlining and ideation)

- Manual editing & rewriting for human tone

- Medium / Substack for publishing

- Canva for article cover design

Approximately 5–6 hours including research, writing, editing, and publishing.
