BACKGROUND

• These write-ups are a description (approx 500 words each) of the residential properties constructed by the JSB group.

• This is my first project in the real estate niche. The project was for 8 different residential towers falling under the same group.

• I was approached for this short-term project through LinkedIn. One of my LinkedIn connections approached me and delegated tasks to be delivered in a short span.

OBJECTIVE

• The goal is to attract potential buyers through comprehensive insights into each residential tower, explaining the amenities offered and how the same can benefit the buyers looking to purchase residential units.

• Google Docs, Grammarly, Google

TIMELINE

•  Since it was an urgent delivery, the deadline communicated to me was 4 days.

•  And the outcome? I completed the entire project and submitted it on time.
