Goal / Objective:
Leverage Excel and analytics tools to create actionable insights on employee demographics, salary, diversity, and attrition trends, enabling data-driven HR and strategic decisions.

Tools & Technologies Used:
Excel (formulas, pivot tables, calculated fields, charts), VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, dashboards, linear regression, data visualization techniques.

What I Did:

Created calculated fields such as tenure, age group, and salary band for advanced analytics.

Computed average salary by department and gender, visualizing results with charts for clear insights.

Designed diversity & inclusion dashboard highlighting gender, ethnicity, and age distribution across organizational levels.

Calculated median age by job title using Excel functions and analyzed employee distribution via pivot tables (department, business unit, country).

Used VLOOKUP / INDEX-MATCH to retrieve employee information by ID efficiently.

Built a linear regression model predicting annual salary based on tenure and experience.

Created a high-level interactive dashboard summarizing demographics, salary distribution, and turnover metrics using slicers and filters.

Proposed an approach to predict 3-year employee attrition using historical trends, regression models, and demographic correlations.

Challenges and Learning:
