📄 Overview

Led end-to-end production for My Dragon Princess, taking over the show mid-stream and stabilizing it for consistent output and stronger listener experience.

Owned creative direction and day-to-day project execution, including script vetting for grammar, story logic, plot continuity, and character consistency. Drove a major early-stage reset by replacing the initial episodes with a revamped version and onboarding a new voice-over artist to improve performance and consistency.

🎯 Objective

To strengthen the show’s storytelling quality and production reliability by helping improve the script, constantly checking for continuity, upgrading voice performance, and building a smooth production system that could support long-run scaling and a successful Season 2 launch.
