I was sceptical when I got to know that it was an all elder trip to different temples and I’m the only 90s kid.
But each temple not only felt warm and welcoming, but was almost like a blessing in disguise because of the time and interactions I had with the family members and being the only young person, I was forced to look things from their perspective and it was wonderful at times, the realisations that came out of this trip.
Their devotion but more importantly, their enthusiasm towards the devotion was contagious.
Temples followed by beaches and caves left memories worth revisiting again.
The trip, which started sceptical on my end, turned out to be one of the most memorable trips in recent memory, not just because of the places but especially because of the people within me and around me.
