To create a customer acquisition strategy for Ambitio, an EdTech / Study Abroad platform, focused on driving leads and paid conversions through digital and institutional channels.

What I did?
Built a Growth & Marketing Plan combining ads, SEO, webinars, and college partnerships.
Designed lead generation funnels and ambassador programs to scale outreach.
Set up performance tracking using HubSpot and Mixpanel dashboards.
Challenges and learning:
Finding the right balance between cost per lead and lead quality.
Learned to plan multi-channel campaigns and data-driven tracking systems.
Result/Outcome
Proposed a roadmap achieving < ₹100 CPL and 7–10% paid conversion through targeted lead generation & partnerships. Strengthened my Founder's Office and growth execution skills.
