Goal: Launch HTF Dumplings pop-up in Boston in 30 days

Pop-Up Venues:

High Street Place – Downtown: Indoor, 100–150, high foot traffic, ready infrastructure

Bow Market – Somerville: Outdoor, 50–100, community-driven, sustainable focus

The Current – Seaport: Modular, 75–120, trendy, high visibility, content-friendly

30-Day Launch Plan:

Week 1: Book venue, finalize format/menu/pricing, apply permits, forecast units, assign POC

Week 2: Confirm stock, rent equipment, design branding, draft SOPs, hire staff, prep product pitch

Week 3: Schedule social media, outreach to influencers, print materials, payment setup, internal tasting, create feedback forms
