Proposed 12–18 month revenue diversification: Executive BFSI certifications for working professionals and corporate BFSI training/finishing school services.
Developed satellite campus go/no-go framework for Kolkata based on market demand, financial feasibility, regulatory approvals, partnerships, and operational readiness.
