This project aimed to solve the problem of unused meeting insights by building an AI-powered workflow that converts raw meeting notes into LinkedIn-ready post drafts, helping professionals maintain consistent thought leadership with minimal effort. It was a personal end-to-end project, completed in about 2 weeks, covering problem framing, workflow design, and prototype automation.
The solution was built using Google Docs and Drive for structured note storage, OpenAI for insight extraction and content generation, and n8n for workflow orchestration and real-time automation. I designed the workflow logic on Whimsical, documented the case study in PowerPoint, and implemented a human-in-the-loop system to ensure quality and control. If developed commercially, I would typically charge based on workflow complexity and integrations, as this solution involves AI processing, automation design, and system architecture.
