💡 Project Description
Created a short-form vertical video (Reel/Short) for Ditto Insurance that tells how people overlook proportionate deduction in health insurance using a relatable story setup and multi-character roleplay.
The video shows what happens when someone chooses a hospital room above their eligible limit and then gets shocked at claim time because the payout is reduced in the same ratio across the bill, not just the room rent.
To explain what not understanding proportionate deduction can do to you in a simple, memorable way within a Reel-length format, using humor, conflict, and a claim-time “surprise” moment, while ending with a clear call-to-action that encourages viewers to click on a link to get a callback from Ditto Insurance.
Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts
(Mobile-first vertical video, fast-paced roleplay, minimal jargon, punchy hook, clear CTA)
Delivered a story-led explainer that gets viewers to enter Ditto’s funnel, since they work as a spam-free advisory.
The format keeps attention through character switches and makes sure the viewer is intrigued by complex insurance terms and seek Ditto's help in understanding them.
