The objective of this project was to build a data-driven market forecasting model to project EV and lithium-battery demand in India and assess future revenue potential and sourcing impact. The project involved conducting market sizing analysis, defining cost assumptions, and creating projections for FY25 and FY30 using structured financial modeling approaches. I used advanced Excel techniques such as scenario modeling, formula-based forecasting, and data structuring to estimate demand trends and evaluate business implications. The model enabled a clear understanding of market growth drivers, supply considerations, and long-term revenue opportunities. This was an independent analytical project completed to strengthen my skills in market research, financial modeling, and data-driven decision analysis.
