The objective of this project was to conduct a strategic product teardown of Gemini, a generative AI platform, to evaluate its user experience, workflows, and activation metrics. The project involved analyzing user personas, core use cases, and end-to-end user journeys to understand how users discover value and interact with key features. I studied the activation funnel, usability patterns, and workflow efficiency to identify friction points that could impact engagement and retention. Using product thinking frameworks, UX heuristics, and metrics-driven analysis, I proposed data-backed recommendations to improve onboarding clarity, feature discoverability, and overall user experience. This was an independent product case study completed to strengthen my skills in AI product evaluation, user journey analysis, and product strategy.
